- Write down the exact scope.Record the campus, residence hall, room type, and academic year when the source names them.
- Separate provided, allowed, restricted, and unknown.If the source is silent, mark the item “verify.” Do not turn silence into permission.
- Split shared purchases.Choose one owner for each shared item before either roommate buys it.
