Dorm, Sorted. is operated by Frederick Langemark. This policy explains what information is processed when you use this website, contact us, or purchase through one of our storefronts.
Free downloads and contact
The free checklists on this website download directly. We do not require a name or email address and do not operate an email-marketing list. If you email hello@dormsorted.com, we use your message and contact details only to respond, provide support, and maintain any records reasonably needed for those purposes.
Website delivery and security
When you request a page or file, the website’s hosting infrastructure necessarily processes technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time. Limited server logs may be retained for delivery, security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
Purchases
Purchases are completed through Payhip or Etsy, depending on the storefront you choose. Those services and their payment providers collect and process the information required to complete the transaction, deliver the product, prevent fraud, and meet tax or legal obligations under their own privacy policies. Frederick Langemark may receive customer and order details needed for fulfillment, support, recordkeeping, refunds, and legal compliance. Full payment-card numbers are not collected or stored on this website.
Analytics and cookies
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and improve its content. Google Analytics may process information such as pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, referring page, and browser or device information, and may use first-party cookies such as _ga to distinguish visits. We do not send your name or email address to Google Analytics. Learn more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Google Analytics does not load unless you select “Accept analytics.” A necessary preference cookie named ds_analytics_consent stores “granted” or “denied” for up to 180 days so the site can remember your choice. It is not used to identify you. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Retention, sharing, and your choices
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above or to meet legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution obligations. It may be processed by the storefronts, analytics provider, hosting provider, and other service providers needed to operate the site and fulfill orders, or disclosed when required by law. We do not use customer information for our own email marketing or sell mailing lists.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection concerning your personal information, and to withdraw consent for analytics. To make a privacy request, email hello@dormsorted.com. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
