Make and coordinate the plan in your browser.
The Dorm Plan Builder creates a room-first packing plan, the two-page checklist gives you a compact fillable copy, and the roommate and budget tools handle shared items and item-level costs.
A practical offline plan for checking the room before buying, coordinating roommate costs, controlling the budget, and keeping receipts, returns, and move-in steps together.
These samples are resized renders from the current color/fillable US Letter workbook—not mockups. The A4 and low-ink files use the same 17-page sequence.
Sample images are view-only. The purchase delivers the four PDF files listed below.
Start with the free checklist and browser tools. Buy the workbook only if the added offline worksheets solve a coordination or record-keeping problem.

You do not need to finish all 17 pages at once. Use the worksheet that matches the next decision.
Open the official housing page, record what is provided or restricted, and write down anything still unknown.
Mark packing items as owned, pack, share, buy before, buy after, or verify instead of treating every row as a shopping command.
Assign shared costs and long-term ownership, then wait for real dimensions before buying rigid storage, rugs, or furniture.
Plan the budget, keep receipts and return dates together, pack the first-night bag, and use the arrival sequence on move-in day.
Every delivered file contains this same page sequence. Paper size and fillable/low-ink treatment are the only differences.
The color editions contain validated fillable controls and also print. The low-ink editions trade color and form controls for grayscale-safe handwriting space.
Digital completion or color printing on 8.5 × 11 inch paper.
Digital completion or color printing on 210 × 297 mm paper.
Grayscale-safe handwriting on 8.5 × 11 inch paper, with no form dependency.

The color PDFs include text fields, interactive checkboxes, and editable budget and reimbursement totals. Adobe Acrobat desktop and Microsoft Edge passed the current manual input, tab-order, and calculation checks. Chrome accepted text and numeric input, but its tab sequence differed and automatic recalculation was not confirmed. Calculations are a convenience, not a dependency; printed rows and editable result fields support manual totals.
All editions include selectable text, bookmarks, generated tags and reading order, descriptive links, and written status labels. The files have not completed formal PDF/UA validation or a representative manual screen-reader study, so no PDF/UA conformance claim is made.
After checkout, Payhip provides access to the four PDF files and sends a receipt with a download link. No physical product is shipped. Payhip identifies the same product as “College Dorm Packing Checklist: 17-Page Fillable and Low-Ink Move-In Workbook.”
The listed price is $9 USD. Payhip calculates any applicable sales tax or VAT from the checkout details and shows the final total before payment.
Personal use only. Files may not be resold, posted, or redistributed. A working copy may be shared with the roommate assigned to the same room.
If a file is missing, damaged, or duplicated, use the first-party workbook help page or contact the support address shown there with the filename and problem.
For buyers who would otherwise have a 14-day digital-content cancellation right, Payhip's checkout terms say that right ends when they proceed with the download. Dorm, Sorted. handles refund requests. No additional guarantee is offered. Review the checkout terms before purchase; if anything is unclear, ask before buying.
Your free planner stays on this device. Leaving for checkout does not send the saved plan to Payhip. If you return to the planner in the same browser and its local storage has not been cleared, your progress remains available.
The two color PDFs contain real text fields and interactive checkboxes and can also be printed. The two low-ink PDFs are designed for handwriting and have no form dependency.
Choose US Letter for 8.5 × 11 inch paper or A4 for 210 × 297 mm paper. The worksheet content is the same in both sizes.
They were confirmed in Adobe Acrobat desktop and Microsoft Edge. Chrome accepted entries, but automatic recalculation was not confirmed. Totals remain editable, and every calculation can be completed manually.
No. It is campus-aware rather than campus-specific: the prompts ask you to record your own official housing source, room facts, and unresolved questions. General workbook guidance never overrides campus or building policy.
No. The workbook is a set of blank offline PDFs; it does not import or receive a saved planner, school selection, roommate details, dates, or budget values. Leaving for Payhip also does not send that local planner record.
A working copy may be shared with the roommate assigned to the same room. The files may not be resold, posted publicly, or redistributed.
